 7) This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

 8) MeGoGreen, LLC neither will endorse nor will be held responsible or liable for any product, company or content linked to or advertised on its Site. MeGoGreen, LLC makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy or completeness of any advertisement links to and from other sites

 9) MeGoGreen, LLC shall not be liable for any advertiser¡¯s refusal to honor any coupon included on the Site or in any coupon book sold by MeGoGreen, LLC.

 10) If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. MeGoGreen, LLC does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use MeGoGreen.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. MeGoGreen, LLC and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

 11) You acknowledge and consent and agree that MeGoGreen, LLC may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Materials if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms of Use, (c) respond to claims that any Materials violate the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of MeGoGreen, LLC, its users and the public.

 You may return coupon books sold by MeGoGreen, LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund UNLESS PURCHASED THROUGH A FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN IN WHICH ONLY $20 WILL BE RETURNED. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
